One of our new solutions is rebate angle, item D000210.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1200h628-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"628\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1200h628-2.png 1200w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1200h628-2-300x157.png 300w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1200h628-2-1024x536.png 1024w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1200h628-2-768x402.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rebate angle is designed to connect the vertical and horizontal parts of the sash reinforcement into a single a frame, which significantly affects the &#8220;Mechanical strength&#8221; characteristic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mechanical strength, as a characteristic of EN 14351-1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ability of a door or window sash to resist additional loads during operation without visible residual deformations leading to loss of functionality is called mechanical strength.<br \/>\nIn everyday use, this characteristic is closely related to the requirements for the safety of use and durability of the product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are two types of additional loads:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; those that act perpendicular to the plane of the sash (torsion);<br \/>\n&#8211; those acting in the plane of the sash (vertical).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"974\" height=\"426\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1.png 974w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-300x131.png 300w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-768x336.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 974px) 100vw, 974px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Loads acting perpendicular to the sash plane (torsion)<\/p>\n<p>Examples of such loads are:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 a person leaning on a sash <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"615\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/2.png 567w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/2-277x300.png 277w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 attempts to open the sash when the hardware is blocked <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"340\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/3.png 252w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/3-222x300.png 222w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 252px) 100vw, 252px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 blocking the sash with a tensioner <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"279\" height=\"387\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/4.png 279w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/4-216x300.png 216w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 279px) 100vw, 279px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The results of the tests according to EN 948, which were conducted in the \u00abMIROPLAST\u00bb laboratory, showed that the door sash with rebate angle deforms under the maximum weight by 9% less than the same sash with weldable corner joints, and has minimal residual deformation, that means, it is almost completely reversible to the initial position. In both cases, closed reinforcement was used.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image_2024-03-15_11-59-21.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"575\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6257\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image_2024-03-15_11-59-21.png 990w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image_2024-03-15_11-59-21-300x174.png 300w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image_2024-03-15_11-59-21-768x446.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Loads acting in the sash plane (vertical):<br \/>\n\u2022 cases during washing or maintenance of doors or windows (in addition to the sash&#8217;s own weight of 100 kg, an additional load of 80-100 kg is possible); <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"265\" height=\"383\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/6.png 265w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/6-208x300.png 208w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 265px) 100vw, 265px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 the ability of the sash to withstand the increased weight of a multi-chamber double-glazed unit with shatterproof or sound-insulating glass. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"844\" height=\"326\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6247\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/7.png 844w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/7-300x116.png 300w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/7-768x297.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 844px) 100vw, 844px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To determine the difference in weld strength, we tested three samples: with a rebate angle, with a weldable corner joint, and without reinforcement. The test was conducted according to the EN 514 method.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wds.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"332\" height=\"215\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8.png 332w, https:\/\/wds.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8-300x194.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The sample with a rebate angle performed 20% better than the sample with weldable corner joints. At the same time, the sample without reinforcement showed a result 5% better than the sample with weldable corner joints.
